Very waterproof and permanent
I marked my property line with this paint around tree trunks and on rocks, its definately impervious, will not wipe or wash off, a little goes a long ways

Nice color. Good price.
Nice opaqueness. Paint handles well. Didn’t not need any conditioner or medium. Just used right out of the bottle.
