GTR Simulator RS30 Ultra Force Feedback Driving Racing Wheel Suede Leather Cover Instant Gear Shifters with V3 Responsive Adjustable Metal Base 2-Pedals for PC

I ordered this wheel base. The actual rim is nice and feels great. The wheel base feels very clunky and is way over priced for what It is. The base I order had a dead spot at center of about 1 to 2 inches. Not good for racing.

The product itself is decent and works well on PC, but not at this price point. The listing states that it is compatible with Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, this is NOT the case and this was confirmed by GTR "customer support" where they advise purchase of an additional adapter that is NOT supported on Series X/S/One. Additionally, the "customer support" is severely lacking, where they only email you back a small snippet of their outdated website and outdated recommended adapter. Not sure that "COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" mentioned in the listing actually applies.

This wheel is amazing. It does improve my racing experience. Racing is indeed more precise and natural. I play Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, Dirt 5.0, Project Cars 2, and iracing with no issues. I have played about 20 hours on it in the last 3 weeks and had no problems so far and with a lot of fun.<Pros> Excellent build quality, suede leather steering wheel cover, strong force feedback, works well with a lot of games, zero dead zone, adjusted steering angle.<Cons> Only works with PC. and need to assign functions before starting the game.All in all, it is incredibly fun and worth its value. Adds a lot of immersive fun to the driving/racing games and sims. May not be as fancy as the over $1000 Fanatec wheel rig but it's a lot of fun for sure.Note... I did notice complaints in other reviews about dead zone issues. On the GTR website, they provide new firmware updates to have this issue goes away, and they have a youtube video showing how to recalibrate the wheel and pedals step by step.I would recommend this for beginners, kids, and racing game enthusiasts. However, the pros race gamers may not want this if they seek for direct drive wheel.

I was a part of the Indiegogo group and while it took some time to bring to market (as these things do), I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this wheel/pedal set! I ended up selling my Thrustmaster T300 as this has turned out to perform way better! Firmware updates handled any issues I may of had. While I like the lettering/symbols on the main buttons, the only thing I'd add would be lettering on or near all buttons, or possibly a better understanding of what the designer expected the buttons to be used for. Great product!
