No, Ken gets 3 pair of shorts, that's all Poor Ken gets with this set.

Q: Does it come with watermelon float and flamingo float?

Mine only came with one float and it was neither of those. Also, it was completely deflated from being squished in a shipping bag. The whole ad is misleading because you only get 12 randomly picked pieces and most weren’t even the ones shown in the picture. The clothes were alright but not great.

Q: Would these clothes fit an Elf on the Shelf?

No, they are sized for a Barbie and honestly ran small in my opinion.
