Received item however no user guide or carry bag as advertised.
I received the item today and am wondering if it was brand new as packaging seemed worn and box not originally sealed. No sign of user manual or carry bag included either. Quite disappointed as not a cheap product. Yet to inflate it yet, I hope at least it has no functional issue!
