I wanted to give this to a friend whose birthday is in July. Her birthstone is the ruby. The online shows the crystal heart as bright deep red for carnelian or ruby color. The actual color is orange gold, more like a dark Too pricewy. I cannot give this to my friend. When I saw that the replacement was the same non-red color, I decided to keep it for myself, I am trying to return the first one--but got a QR code for Whole Foods. I had requested one for UPS. UPS told me that "Amazon has been doing that a lot lately. Maybe they want you to be lured into shopping there." NO THANKS! Too pricey. Trying to get the right QR code, but so far, no luck.
