It's too too sweet. If you're on keto diet or low carb or sugar free diet, then Aci-Balance is not for you. I made a mistake ordering the bottle without reading the label since it contains sugar cane. What the purpose of taking medicine with sugar? If I eliminate starch, then I can't consume sugar because it's bad for my urinary tract. MAPI, please reformulate this herb. I will not re-order again since it's contain sugar and it's bad for my gums. If I want sugar then I would rather consume a chocolate bar. Why in an herb tablet? Aren't we all adults? The tablet contains a lot of sweet fruits and ingredients, and already sweet as it is so why adding sugar cane on top of it?

I do have very bad acid reflux that I take prescription medication for in the morning, but I still sometimes wake with burning in my throat. I take this in the evening and it works very well.

This herbal solution WORKS. It smells wonderful, like the spices it contains, and works like magic. If I take 2 of these with a meal, I have zero acid stomach afterward.

I take this everyday and it works to help some acid issues.

Works for me. There are times of the year when I’m prone to heartburn and during those times, if I take one a day, it helps prevent it. Otherwise, I take as needed.

I tried for several days; and, the flavor was way too strong.
