Monukkas (16oz)

Best raisins I have EVER had. These whole-food Monukka raisins have their seeds intact and haven't been hybridized, so they give me high lasting energy, and feel more like a meal than a snack to me because I eat them alone and find them completely satisfying. They are fresh-tasting, sweet with a honey-like flavor, big and chewy with a delightful little crunch from the seeds. The 16oz bag is lasting longer than I expected, and I realize it's because each raisin is plump and "meaty". Eating even just one at a time is a delicious event. Great for kids too! Our 18month old and 6year old get excited about munching on these in the car. They aren't like any of the common seedless raisins we're used to. I used to buy higher-end jumbo seedless raisins and was disappointed in the added vegetable oil (to separate) and their shriveled dry texture. Then I read Arnold Ehret's book "the Mucus-Less Diet Healing System" and I desired authentic raisins like those that he had access to 100 years ago. I found them from Vivapura! Hope they are available forever.

If you have never tried Monukka raisins I highly recommend them. I had never heard of them until they showed up in some organic snacks that I purchased online. They are sweet and full of tiny crunchy seeds that make them very delicious. I'm not a big raisin fan but these are far better then "regular" raisins. The ones in the organic snacks were plumper (less dried) then the Vivapura ones but both were excellent. I will be buying these again.

Wow, I'm impressed with these Monukkas. They are Giant with seeds intact, moist & sweet "the best I've had so far". My order arrived days earlier than expected therefore Bravo to the Seller!

These raisins are large and very sweet. The seeds take some getting use to, but other than that they are fine. I use them mainly in smoothies as a sweetener.

This was my first time trying rasins with seeds. It taste and smells great. I am in wow state of mine now. This is somethings I eat slow and with care, lol. Need some more. Now. I Enjoy your product. Thank you so much. Oh, yeah it was package nicely. It's worth every penny.
