What kind of special pillowcase will I need? Can I even use a regular pillowcase?!

We do have customized pillowcases available on our website but you can certainly use a regular pillowcase as well. A regular queen size pillowcase works well with these pillows.

How does the warranty work

We've been making these pillows for 2 years and have had only one warranty issue where the zipper broke, we shipped her a replacement right away. We are a family owned business and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, if you have an issue just let us know via email or phone call and we will determine what we need to do to fix it.

How is this for back sleepers. If it is cut out for side sleepers

The V shape cut out would allow for comfort if you are a back sleeper You can also remove some of the stuffing if you needed to adjust

Have anyone received their pillow not compressed and sealed in vacuum bag?

That should not have occurred, all of our products are sent out vacuum sealed and rolled. Please send us a message and we will investigate this incident further. Thank you. -Sleep Artisan
