Arcsaber my man
When my trusty four years old £20 Wilson bent I thought it was high time to buy a new racket. With so many brands it was hard to decide on a affordable yet versatile racket that shouted quality without the hefty price tag. That's when Arcsaber FD came in the picture. The reviews were great, it fit my playing style- all rounder, the colour scheme followed Team England. After using it competitively and recreationally it became apparent this racqet requires getting used too....really. Don't expect it to up your game because it won't although you notice quicker returns coupled with the extremely light weight body it barely feels like you're holding onto something. Its been 5 weeks I can tell you this is the best racquet I owned to date. The shots precision increased, net play is a joy; throwing opponents off with the shift in speed to challenge their game is the best feeling even more when a smash or power drive is played only to be defended lightning quick. This is a racquet that awards you for your patience becoming an extension of your arm that can be used as you wish. Stick with it and it guarantees it won't let you down when you need its services. I recommended this for beginner to early intermediate play. Can be used by advanced players depending on style. The only cons I can attribute is the grip which gets dirty very quickly and the lack of oomph in the smashes. Flash your saber it beckons you, own your very own excalibur!P.S. Includes a full quality cover

Great All round racquet
I've been playing with a Yonex Nanoray 10 and a Voltric 1, and the Arcsaber FD is now my preferred racquet. The 'delay' in the shuttle leaving the strings is pronounced and has really given me more power/control when smashing or returning the shuttle to the back court from above/behind me. I'm an occasional player and I haven't the fastest swing, and I suspect that slight delay allows my racquet to come down just a little more before the shuttle 'releases'. It's supposedly the lightest racquet in the Yonex range but you don't really feel it; side by side the Nanoray 10 actually feels 'lighter' or less substantial. It's a great all round racquet. Came with a full cover.

Excellent racket, light and really is an extension of your arm. Found my game getting better as I seemed to have far less 'dinks' or error shots when returning. far more controlled. Also need to highlight the excellent service by Amazon here - This is my second of these rackets in only six months. There returns and customer service in ensuring that I got a replacement was second to none. I was shattered when my first racket got damaged but they sorted this for me in a matter of days. So happy :-)

Excellent Racket
Very good racket, exceptionally light and easy to move quickly. Different players prefer different rackets so bear in mind the light weight, which is good for fast reactions, but some players may prefer a heavier racket to generate power. I find the low weight results in a faster swing speed, which still generates good power. Excellent racket overall and it looks great.

Excellent racquet for doubles play
Excellent racquet for doubles play, and one of the lightest I've usedOn the occasion I've played singles, I have certainly missed the extra weight of my head-heavy former racquet and your arm will certainly feel the result of hard back-court shots the next day, but for agility and fast switches this racquet is top class

Frame material is weak
Great racket when it isn’t broken. The frame is prone to cracking. I’ve used the 2 rackets in the pictures for around 6 months (about 2-3 hours per week) and both frames broke in the middle of rallys when playing shots recently. I had previously had this model of racket break in a similar manner. If you can afford to replace every few months, then it’s an excellent racket.

Great racket. Light
Great racket. Light, and certainly gives me an extra zip when I hit the shuttlecock - had to learn to reign it in a bit as a lot of my shots were going too long! Brilliant racket for me.
