Acquire this book as a supplement to the required book that I have for a graduate class. It's amazing how one author to the next can explain the same concept with half the effort! Reading this book is everything that's germane to the topic while avoiding unnecessary filler and platitudes that seem to just be there to make the book longer. If you're frustrated with a Supply Chain management book required for either graduate or undergrad this is a great supplement that hits on all the key points in such a way that it would be approached if you were actually in the office.

Very useful book for operations management and explains the decisions that need to be taken to optimize different aspects of the supply chain. The excel formulas and steps are thoroughly explained.
