BikyBox Bicycle Top Case Box Rear Rack Storage Cycle Bike

OK so like me you want to carry stuff in a box rather than on your back? In my case I wanted to fit waterproofs, bike lock, toolset, and spare tube and tyre. My cycle rear rack is 15 years old and thin gauge. The grooves on the box are spaced for a more modern rack so some filing of the plastic spacer was required to attach. The second issue is that the box hinge is under the bike seat , so I couldn’t fit it all the way back on the rack. ( depends on height of seat above the rack). Otherwise fitted easily and certainly big enough for all my stuff. Tried putting my helmet in and this goes in easily. I won’t be adding a lock as a pair of wire cutters could easily cut through the plastic bracket. So would be easily accessed by a thief.Finally the box got in the way of my rear flashing light ( under the seat) so another modification to fit this on the back of the box.All that said, the box is fairly sturdy ( made of polypropylene I think), waterproof, and very competitively priced.

Needed to use a bit of packing to fit my bike rack. Apart from that I am very pleased with this product.

excellent service arrived quickly. easy to install. Various places are marked with the correct size to make the holes for screws. the holes you use will depend on your cycle rack. Box is very robust and hard wearing. This is the second one I've bought. I had the other for years and fancied a different colour. seller gave immediate response to questions . I would highly recommend

Holds plenty and fits well. The only downside is the red catch at the back is secure it unclouded very easy. Would also be better if it had a rear light or reflector fitted
