Good for anyone with dry mouth issues or if you have a scratchy throat due to cold or flu. Better than other mouth sprays and tastes good.

This spray is very powerful in terms of the flavor. If you have a throat scared by radiation and thus sensitive, this is not the product for you. But otherwise it is fine if taken in small doses.

The spray works fine, but some flavors such as Orange mint, aren't that good. Butterscotch was the best but i dont see it carried any more.They wrap it in plastic so tight that you have to use a knife to open each one. Almost cut myself open each time i try to open.Then the spray container has no way to open it to get every last drop, so you lose about 1/5 of every bottle. Not good when its so expensive in the first place.I like the biotene spray best but they pulled all the bottles because of a misprint on the labels. it has been 2 months now, still not on store shelves.Of course Amazon's great partners are trying to sell a 1 1/2 oz bottle for nearly $50.00 each. Amazon really needs to police their vendors.

I've looked for years for a product that would help with my dry mouth problem. Med-Active Oral Relief is totally miles beyond any other product I've tried. The taste is just minty enough without being overwhelming. It is just sweet enough without being cloying. Three little sprays keep my mouth moist for several hours. It is especially effective at night. Each spray bottle holds a goodly amount for the price because you don't need a lot. I'll never be without it.

The only dry mouth relief I can tolerate. Pleasant taste and works!!

I have had severe dry mouth for ten years and this is the best spray on the market. I only wished it had more spray in each bottle .I use three bottles per week and it gets relatively expensive.

Helps with dry mouth only complaint is an occasional unit where the spray doesn't work it can sometimes take pushing on the spray head a hundred times till anything comes out compare this to the Biotene pump, which always leaks quite annoyingly.

Excellent product - really works.
