Quite a nice pull up bar, but it has its quirks. Station took 3 hours to assemble and when assembled was structurally unstable. Not to the point where it would fall apart, but there is a bit of movement that took time to get used to. I have never used the dip station as it did not have sufficient back support for me to use it properly, but the pull up bar is actually quite good. I get my pullups and nothing has fallen appart yet. Used for 5 months at the time of writing this review.

Five stars for possibly the smallest foot print for a Power Tower.Would have given five stars overall, if it also had handles for dips.May not seem as sturdy as some other brands, so I cannot vouch for its stability;but I am very happy with it. So happy that I presented one to my brother,whose reason for not getting one, was lack of space.

Useful kit apart from the fact the 2nd of 2 cross joins pieces is almost two inches shorter than the other! I had to source extension screws to complete the base.

Terrible instructions, the product I’ve got didn’t even match the instructions.Finally got it built and it’s very unstable.

It came with 24 screws, and one nut, unable to even build the first step.Pathetic.

The instructures could have been a little clearer. Will hold about 16.7 st.

There were a lot of wrong things in this product and I can’t contact the seller.- the rubber that will secure the rod is broken when it arrived- the holes don’t match so screws can’t get in- the instructions are super vague so it took me 3 hours to assemble
