Island Hopper 17' Bounce N Splash Padded Water Bouncer - Natural Green

Wanted to share some insights to the 5 star review. Our family looked to invest into a water bouncer for the farm pond, and after researching the options out there and talking with the manufacturers / distributors of the top searches and finally decided to go with the Island Hopper 17' Bounce and Splash in green. This was not the cheapest option but the one I felt would work for the family for years to come and had a staff that actually knew about the details of the product they were selling.Product arrived successfully, was straight forward to unpack and inflate after reading and watching the available information provided by Island Hopper. After a couple of months of use, we had a strong storm front that came through our area which included 80 mph straight-line winds and a couple of small, isolated tornados.After the storm passed, we started surveying the area when we noticed the bouncer was missing from the pond. Note: This bouncer was secured with qty (3) 80 lb blocks with ropes in a 15' deep pond.After a quick search, we found it against the edges of a woods and feared the worst. We discovered one rope had come untied, one rope was "snapped" and the 3rd rope tore the d-ring anchor off of the bouncer. We found the missing D-ring, rope and cinder block where it was dropped from the sky and embedded into the ground. We don't know the exact flight path that was taken, but it was without a doubt sucked into the sky and not just drug across the ground.We inspected the product where the D-ring was pulled off and noticed some other scuffs and scratches on the tube, but the product was still holding air.After discussion with Island Hopper, the product was used as-is the remainder of the summer and has now been deflated and the torn d-ring area repaired to seal up the surface of the tube.Without question, we couldn't be happier with this product for the fun it has provided to our family and for the durability that this product has shown in adverse conditions. We look forward to being able to use this product for years to come and feel confident that if an issue does arise, Island Hopper will be there to support us.

After a month in salt water, the barnacles stuck the bottom of the float. If anyone kicked or scraped a barnacle, it would put a hole in the bottom. We took it out of the water, patched it several times and tried to clean it off with no luck. there were too many holes to repair and it didn't last 2 months. Too much money for such a short time to use it. Don't waste your money and go with a company that stands behind their product.
