We Were Never Here: A Novel

This is the first purchase I have made on Reese’s book club recommendation but I have since unsubscribed because the book is more chick lit than crime. I am obviously not the target audience as I was hoping for a quality gripping read and I couldn’t bring myself to finish the book. Wouldn’t recommend.

Starts a bit slow then ramps right up! Good storyline just wish it didn’t take so long to get to the good bit. Book arrived in excellent condition :)

Came without dust jacket

This book was dull. It didn’t keep me on the edge of my seat as promised and I certainly didn’t bite my nails. The plot was weak and predictable. I managed to get through it and feel like it wasn’t a complete waste of my time but I certainly won’t be recommending it to any friends !!! Sorry Reece not sure that I agree with you again !!

the book took off super slow till like 3/4 of it ,plot is predictable but still left me rushing the ends of the book it was alright i guess not the best
