Practical tools to help you find your own compassion
I've purchased this book in multiple forms because it is a treasured resource for my anxiety. I'd gone through a long battle with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety, and the joy in my life seemed impossible to access. I was struggling to understand what was going on inside me as everything seemed just....gray.Tara's soothing and reasoned approach was just what I needed to chip away at the wall I'd built around my own pain. Her "RAIN" technique is challenging to put into practice, but a brilliant tool to finally reach glimpses of self-compassion and self-love. I'd strongly recommend getting both the audiobook and the paperback (or Kindle) version, because hearing her voice walk you through the exercises and case studies is very powerful, but you'll also want to sit down and work through the recommended exercises.If you struggle with a lack of self-compassion, I'd strongly recommend giving her book a try.

Fantastic book
Tara Brach is amazing. I find so much value in her books and podcasts which I continually revisit for learning and guidance. Radical Compassion is a fantastic companion to Radical Acceptance. I have learned so much from her that has been fundamental to my spiritual journey. I highly recommend her books.

loved it!
This book was filled with practical advice on fostering compassion. I highly recommend it! You can also find a lot of the meditations that she includes in her book on YouTube which makes it easier to integrate the practice of radical self-compassion to your own life

Great Self Help Author
This book brings awareness to yourself and the many things we take for granted in our hurried lives. It’s a stop and think about your everyday life book. It really brought awareness and consciousness back to my life. Loved it!!
