The media could not be loaded.  It’s weight isn’t bearable up to 265lb as advertised. The internal slip for item in box states it is up to 160lbs. Its a 300w ( no more) battery if anything, definitely not 350w. Its range is less than 6miles tops! No back light. Brakes are barely worth the weight of this T-Rex (heavy, with small arms and consumes battery power like a dinosaur. It’s difficult to fold and on numerous occasions the shaft folded on me as the locking mechanism fails to latch. The neck (shaft tube from wheel to handles) isn’t stable as it wobbles and looks like it will break or fall off at any moment. Completely Unstable. It’s a front pull system, not rear push so as it’s a trying task and uneasy process going up hills of even a 5% grade esp while trying to scoot as it fails to have power on inclines. The front tire spins a lot going up hill and once it gains traction it’s not easy to maneuver and struggling to gain momentum. Ride on flat surfaces only. If it was rear wheel traction there wouldn’t be concerns to the lost momentum as the weight is distributed mainly at the back while going up hill. It couldn’t handle the test of just a 6m range of San Francisco/Chinatown (mostly flat riding/with a lot of uphill struggles on minor inclines and downhill regulated speed to just 15mph; so it says) to any degree for two days use was a complete waste of time, energy and money. Battery power is false advertising just as much as the wattage and weight bearance. Unfolding it was a complete challenge which caused ripping of the skin. I felt like a mentally and physically challenged service dog. The instructional manual is trash and unhelpful. The electronic display isn’t helpful and the manual doesn’t explain the total function of it.The only thing that works properly is the front led light that blinded me and others (haha funny experience) so don’t lean too far forward. You’re definitely seen coming but can be blinded and run into walls before trying to stopping, which was a struggle gaining back your night-sight/eyesight….complete junk! The main point of getting this thing, being that I am disabled due to a severe leg injury two years ago was to ensure I didn’t place a lot of weight bearing on either of my legs but since I had to continuously struggle scooting uphill often I now have to go to the ER as my knee is three times larger than the other being swollen and very painful. Good times…not!Buy something else over this filth as my wife’s Evercross lasted twice as long and it’s wattage is truly at least 350 and it’s pick up is amazing. Save yourself the hassle and Uber/Lyft ride back to your place.

Scooter was easy to assemble. Charge time was accurate to description, very well made and sturdy. Fast, got it to 15 mph! The only issue was the light on the back wheel is not a light it was a glued on reflector. For the price that should’ve been a break light. Other than that, it’s a pretty cool product!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this item since it has a longer battery life then most scooters. It has 3 gears and goes 15 mphs as it states.My teen is having fun with it.The one dislike was directs that came with it are not good. Even when you look on internet it took awhile to find out that the scooters has to be self propelled before it will start. We thought it was broken when we received it. Also to put hand bars down to take it with you is very hard to do.

Product was a gift for a new college graduate. When she opened it this month for school, the shaft that should attach to the scooter is broken off and won't stay on. There is no customer service contact in the instructions and no way to contact the seller. This is a complete SCAM.

I bought three different scooters for Christmas and this one was by far the best on. Battery lasts forever and it does well going up hills! Love it!

Great scooter, small issue when I first got it, 2 screws holding the battery on the base came loose and fell off and half the base was hanging, company sent me replacement screws and good as new, great speed great range and a heck of a lot of fun to ride around on.

Really nice scooter and it rides pretty smooth for the most part. Stays charged long but my only complaint would be that the handles are a bit shakey when riding. I just wished it was more sturdy.
