I bought them couple months ago, they still working but Failed light came on the dashboard. What sould i do?

Did this light come on after installation? The wattage on these are much lower than the stock bulbs and usually require a resistor in order to trick the dash into thinking that they are the same wattage as before.

Does this fit a 2016 Accord

Yes, it fits the front turn signal light with the halogen stock lamps. Please note for the turn signal light, due to led bulbs draw much less current than stock lamps, it will require to install the load resistor to avoid the signal hyper flash.
