I bought these to make little bitty cakes for my friends for Valentine’s Day. I poured tempered chocolate over the tops of them in order to maintain the angularity of the mold and it worked just great! I used white and dark chocolate. They were relatively easy to remove after baking, however even though it’s silicone I would still recommend a quick spray of nonstick oil to keep your edges really sharp. Speaking of clean; cleaning this product is incredibly easy because you can literally pop the cavities inside out and handwashing with a tiny little bit of soap took 30 seconds tops. Easy to dry. I’ve also turned them inside out and put them in the dishwasher and had no problems that way either. Overall I would definitely recommend this product and will buy other shapes like this in the future.

This was by far the best silicone mold I have used it is very easy to take out the chocolate without it breaking and it is also very easy to clean you can just wipe it down rinse it dry it and then use it again the mallets that come with it are just perfect and it makes your chocolate thick and is easy to use as well.

I'm so excited that I purchased this mold. My daughters are loving the current breakable heart trend and we can switch it up for the different seasons. It was super easy to use, very cute, and easy to clean.

Love how easy there are to use. I have the other sturdy heart mold and my heart will always break demolding them. These just slide out in seconds.
