Alnico V Strat set. wax-potted. Beautiful branded covers and cloth wire make them look way more expensive than they actually are. The quietest single coils I've ever heard. In an unshielded guitar played though a cranked '75 Traynor tube combo with a Marshall Guvnor in between, with fluorescent lighting and electric space heaters; dead quiet, no hum, no buzz and very minimal hiss. Unbelievable. Very articulate with high gain, superb cleans in all positions. Highly recommended.

Have not installed them yet but bought them to try instead of the Fender noiseless pickups on my Strat.
