They are very strong and you really don't need to do more than wipe your finger across the top of the bottle and then place it on your tongue. They are high strength drops. I am an intermittent faster and drink a lot of black coffee throughout the day. I find them really useful for freshening my breath. I'm pretty sure they are going to last me a very long time.

I ordered these for my dad after he had surgery and couldn’t have sugar in gum or mints anymore. I was initially surprised by how small the bottle looked, but a little bit goes a long way and he was able to stretch one of the bottles for 2 months with regular use! It's super easy to dispose and discreet enough to use in public settings. It is very strong, so those who don't care for strong mint tastes should avoid it. It definitely clears out your sinuses! It keeps our breath fresh for a couple of hours, even after coffee breath. It's small enough that it would fit in almost any purse or bag, it doesn't take up much room at all. The cap is leak proof, we haven't had any issues with spilling, so it's perfect for on the go. This is great gum or mint alternative and is worth the price!

Got these drops to help with bad breath while fasting (saliva glands are turned off so their is nothing to fight off “bad bacteria” creating a musty smell) & they are great! Strong, long lasting & don’t break a fast! I would order again! I hope this was helpful!

Great taste. Strong, but only 1 drop needed to make your breath clean in-between brushing.

These are super strong, so just put the tiniest little dab on your hand and lick it. They’re effective in long lasting though, especially for someone who does intermittent fasting
