50 individual sheets. Covers 25 pages front and back. Or you can fold one sheet in half to cover 50 half-size pages front and back.

Are these glossy or matte finished? I need something that is non-glare.

I would have to say a low glossy, semi matte,the ones I used on the fabric look similar to scotch tape, the rest I covered high gloss photos with so they look glossy.straight on there is no glare, but my ceiling fan light does reflect from a side view. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if you can use a dry erase marker on these? Does it stay. Does it come off later?

You can use dry erase markers on them. To have it stay you would have to allow time for it to dry and even then you could probably wipe it off with little difficulty.

Can you place two sheets of paper, back-to-back, to laminate together?

Yes, this will work and the laminating sheets are large enough to do this, but you will of necessity wind up with a document that is larger than the sheets themselves, unless you glue the two sheets together before you laminate them. Think about it. If you are trying to bind two loose sheets together, you have to leave a laminated "rim" around all four edges of the document sealing them together.
