Does not fit the 250, FYI.
Make sure you go out and double check your vstar has screw out ends on the grips. Despite the YouTube video claim, this does NOT fit all Yamaha Vstar. If you are tiny like me and ride the 250, be aware, it only has caps and no threads.I solved the problem by using the steel stuck putty purely because I love this concept of locking to the grips.
