iFixit Battery Compatible with iPhone 8 Plus - Repair Kit

Replaced my aging Iphone 8+ battery with the easy to follow online step by step guide. All tools were included including the waterproof seal.The battery fit perfectly.

Thank you iFixit for a great battery replacement kit. I recently needed to replace the battery in my iPhone 8 Plus. This kit fit the bill. It contained the replacement battery, screen adhesion sticker, and the parts kit to maket he repair. I followed the videos from iFixit to make the repair. One step that made the repair much easier was to heat up the edge of the phone with a hair dryer. That made it much easier to remove the screen from the phone. After that, the battery replacement was straight forward. Battery is charging great and the phone is just like new again. Thank you iFixit!

Changing my battery save me from getting a brand new $1500 iPhone. To be honest, I chickened out on putting the battery in myself, so I took it to the mall where they have a kiosk to repair phones. He used my kit on my phone and it works wonderful. I am sure others can install it themselves but I just didn’t want to mess it up. Loved the price too! #Winning

Do not know if product works. Spent some time trying to install with little progress. Still using old battery.

Not sure who wrote all the 5 star reviews. Its extremely difficult to do this battery replacement. The screws are very tiny. Very very tiny. Not so bad when removing but horrific when trying to put everything back together. I watched the videos, I followed the guide, it did not work out well for me. Pay the extra to let a professional do it.

I liked using IFixit kits because they are so simple to use with high quality parts and the tools that you need for the repair. Battery life is good, can’t complain 5/5 stars.

every thing you need to do the job. screws and circuit connectors are extremely tiny so patients and persistence a plus. also a stand magnifying glass would have been helpful.

Battery work better than the factory one. Wish it came with a magnetic screwdriver tips.
