The best silicone on the market. It can also be used as a structural adhesive. Make sure it hasn’t expired as it loses it’s integrity.

A friend who works on the state highway dept recommended this product to seal cracks in our slab and it worked like a charm. We used to have water seepage through garage floor cracks coming from the floor plate and after using the dow 795, we are dry as a bone!! Well worth the money, but look at all the buying and color options, as some are cheaper than others for the same product.

Pricey for a reason. Good stuff!

We have used this in an exterior application on a Spiral Stair case to seal treads which is exposed to all weather (sun, heat, rain, snow, and freezing). It has been in service for 10 years without failing or leaking. We only had to replace the caulking because the tile was broken and needed to be replaced. The only thing to be aware of, is that it has a shelf life of about a year. The most recent tubes I purchased did not have an expiration date (prior ones did). I would definitely purchase this product again. The caulking which has been in service for 10 years has faded slightly.

Other reviews had the same complaint. Ordered 12 cartridges. On two, the ‘puck’ inside the tube had flipped and the entire tube was cured. On every other tube, the tips were either bent over (candy cane) or had been cut open and the silicone in the funnel portion was cured. I had a job which required all tubes and they had to be dispensed and troweled within a 30 minute window. Half of the tubes clogged with cured silicon as they were being dispensed. I was using a battery powered dispenser and when the tips plugged silicone pushed out the back. It created a total cluster. It ended up taking over 2 hours just to clean the gun. I suspect this seller buys older or return stock. Total crap.

Hands down the best. In every way.
