I didn’t know such an amazing pen existed.
I need to geek out for a minute. So I’m obsessed with pens and how they write is super important to me because too much drag on the paper makes it hurt. Plus too thin a pen. Some yahoo on the internet said these were the best pens ever and I was Skeptical but with all the glowing reviews I decided to drop the seemingly ridiculous amount of money for these pens.First off, the handfeel is amazing. WHAT A GRIP. I mean, my hand has never been so happy. Second, they write SO SMOOTH. It’s smoother than writing with a gel pen. BUT it has the best control too. Every letter I put on the page is gorgeous. It’s like seeing my true handwriting for the first time.I will be buying a pack in blue.

Not 1.0mm! Great pen though
I love the clean look of the design and the ink is very smooth. But I sincerely doubt its 1.0mm. I compared it to my parker and kaweco rollerball pens which are both .7mm and both considerably thicker and darker in pigment. These are good pens and great for everyday use but I was hoping for thicker lines. I saw it said medium and should have believed that over the 1.0mm listing.

Something is not right...
Let me start this review by saying I have used these Tul pens for 5 years now. I know how they write and get the same pack every time I order new pens. These ones were NOT Tul's normal pens. It felt like they took the shell and filled it with a cheap refill. After having this thought, I checked it with a pen from my last normal batch. I think I'm right. In the first photo the left pen is my normal Tul pen refill, the right is the one I got in this shipment (the point is completely different even though this is supposedly the same pen). In the second photo you can see just how different these are, again the left ink is from my last batch of Tul pens, the right is from this one (which I'm returning). The final photo is the clear writing difference. The black is the normal gel flow I am used to, the blue is the bad batch. It feels like a Bic refill. Not worth $24 for sure. I'll head back to office max and get the real deal, it's too iffy to order from here I guess!

If you’ve never tried TUL you’re missing out!
I absolutely fell in love with TUL writing instruments about a year ago. I was so pleased to find them here on Amazon! Shipping was fast and they were perfectly packaged. The pens themselves look like expensive refillable pens and nothing like disposable pens. I have these to my daughter who is a waitress and has been using cheap pens. She was super happy. They are comfortable to hold and write with (especially if you have arthritis or like me a paralyzed thumb). The ink flows so smoothly and you don’t have to worry about cramped hands from pressing or writing. Definitely try these next time you need pens. You won’t be sorry! Be it ballpoint ink or gel, colors or black/blue once you try TUL you’ll never use another pen again!

Wonderful pens
When I share my pen with customers who need to sign documents, I usually hear a comment about how great these pens write. My co-workers also like these pens of mine so I just had to buy more. This was a better price than my local office supply store.
