This worked straight away with a NowTV box. As it states in the description, it's not WiFi or Bluetooth, but infrared. That means your box needs to be in the line of sight of the remote. It won't work if your box is hidden away or behind the TV.One thing that doesn't work is the power button as it doesn't switch the NowTV box off/on.One useful feature is it can learn buttons from your TV remote, and there are instructions in the package that tell you how to do it.All in all it's an ok replacement, but nothing like the real thing, except that Sky make it extremely difficult to order replacement remotes.

Works perfectly, after reading the reviews I was slightly skeptical, however worked perfectly out of the box all hot keys worked with apps on the box also which the original remote doesn't have, and all other keys programmed with ease for my TV so I don't even have to have my TV remote around, quality feel too! Great purchase at less than £7

My teething puppy managed to get hold of three of my remote controls and chew them so badly I had to bin them. Thankfully I found this company who sold them at a fantastic price, and on using I didn’t have to program in, it was ready to go!Will keep the details just in case - the puppy is always watching!

This product did not pair with my compatible Now stick. The instructions were written by someone who’s primary language isn’t English - and despite the assertion that I might need to power down my Roku (Now) device 3 time - after 6 I felt like throwing it at the wall

Worked with Roku out of the box. I programmed the tv by holding the TV remote in front of it. A bit fiddly as you need to have them lined up correctly and programme each button and confirm it one by one. But once that is done, to works as a dream. :-)

I bought this on my iPhone and could not read that it was not compatible for smart stick the only viable difference was the number of buttons ,obviously my fault ,the item was returned and I got a refund without a fuss

Should just be able to plug and go … it’s not just a nowtv remote!! Has all different tv appsMaybe I didn’t read description right but I am unable to use this.

Not used it yet. My old remote started to work again. Hopefully this is just as good as my old one
