Has anyone figured out how to stop toucpad gestures?

omg this might be my problem....I was ready to give the device a 1 star because my emails kept doing weird things as I typed. the manufacturer NEEDS TO POST THE SOLUTION!!!! I will give it 1 star until I see a solution. the autohotkey solution is one of those things where I'll spend 4 hours in a rabbit hole trying to figure out how to get it to work. I'm an architect not a computer software engineer!

can you charge by plugging it into the surface

No, it has to be charged by it's own power cord. It does not appear to make any electrical connection to the surface, it's all connected via bluetooth even when its attached.

Can I use the keyboard for any tablet or keyboard that has bluetooth?

Yes. At very least, I know it syncs up with my iPhone 7 and my Surface. I haven’t tried it with anything else however.
