Does what it promises
I used this guy to secure my seat/rack/tire on my bike. I added another cable to reach. It worked fine but it looked like hell, so I switched to two smaller cable locks, one in front, one in back. Both solutions work pretty well.

It's better quality than other carabiner helmet locks, and the cable is thicker too, it's a great lock.
