I give this to my 9 year old who has been a skin picker for years. I also am giving her 1,000 mg of vitamin c. I have no idea what the mechanism is behind this but it works. She has had a scab on her head for months she won't leave alone. It's finally healing.She is a recently diagnosed celiac, and has multiple food sensitivities, and food dye sensitivities. I am thinking it has something to do with impacting whatever causes her anxiety picking.

Hard to find an effective L-Glutathione, I was surprised when this one worked! If you're having a hard time finding a good one, this one might be worth a try.
