Glad Large 30 Gallon Trash Bags, Unscented Heavy Duty Garbage Bags, Forceflex with Drawstring, 50 Count (Packaging May Vary)

Update from after they changed the bags to the two layer bags. I was alerted by another customer that the bags on the page changed, and she scared me away from trying the new version so much I bought the Hefty bags. Well, I am back. I did not like those, they are stiff, but they slash through easy and I did not like the smell. I looked again into glad bags, and realized that they did not get thinner. They are now two layers. Each of the two is thinner, but together they make for a stronger bag. It works just like when the cashier at the grocery store double-bags your heavy milk cartons. I used up a smaller box of this new dual defense variety and went back on amazon to buy the bigger box. They work the same as the old ones. They are strong and do not rip under normal conditions. I like how stretchy they are. The outside layer is white, inside layer is black. The bags look gray from the outside as the black shows from under the white. It looks black from the inside, and you cannot see gray when it is in the garbage can in the kitchen. Original review: Those are my favorite bags. I use them in my regular size kitchen garbage can, because it is black and I do not like how white bags show when used inside of trash cans. And I do not like to use clear bags - who wants to see the garbage? So, black it is. I like that the bags are bigger than the can since I never have any problems closing the bags and can fit a pizza box or something extra that would not fit into the can and waits for its turn behind the can. Forceflex bags are truly tough, they can stretch around items instead of tearing, and the red ribbon inside is thick and attached securely, too, so it stays where it supposed to be, and I do not get any nasty surprises on my way to the outside bin, and my trash collectors never have to pick up fallen garbage from the road, too.

Great product. It's a staple in my home. As a large family that disposes a lot throughout the day, it's a lifesaver. Liquid does not leak as long as you have no holes in the bag. (Sharp objects like broken glass or bamboo skewers can create holes in the bag.) It's carries heavy duty weight and does not rip.

Quality, STRONG bags description said/says holds up to 80 lbs I haven’t tried to prove that nor am I. I packed one today with an excessive amount of garbage and it held up very well, there not puncture proof and sharp items will poke through as expected, all in all I’m happy with the quality and will definitely purchase again

These trash bags are strong, durable, and hold up well even with heavy loads. They resist tears and leaks, making them perfect for household, garage, or yard cleanup. The unscented design is a plus, and the drawstrings make them easy to tie and carry. Great quality for the price, and I continue to buy them because they never disappoint.

The size of the garbage bag is good and it is value for your money. No scent. Sealing and versatility are very good.

It's actually pretty hard to find extra large trash bags that are not for leaves or outside stuff. These are normal forceflex kitchen bags, we used to use them for our 13 gallon can but upgraded to a giant trash can because we have lots of trash and live in an apartment (and have to bring our trash down 4 flights of stairs, no chutes or pickup). These are exactly like the smaller forceflex bags but seem less inclined to rip. However! They still rip if anything even barely snags on the plastic. It's super annoying - even the most dull corners and edges of soft things manage to rip these bags. It seems to have gotten worse in the past couple of years though so may update this review if the bags continue to decline in quality. But they do hold a fair amount, and I feel like the plastic drawstring is better suited to heavy weights vs the 13 gallon bags. I haven't had any issue with the drawstring or opening ripping (yet). They are also easy to store, come rolled up and just pull off bags as needed. They are much better than the thin leaf bags or other overly-thin 30 gallon bags. These are able to stand up to a full trash can surprisingly well!

Work fine, very few leaks, rips, or failures, except for last night's raccoon who got to it before I remembered to take it out to the bin. It was a mess but not the bag's fault.

I bought this garbage bag I thought it will hold but it's very soft and it will cut if you put something havey maybe the normal bags better than this.

These bags have extra stretch and durability. Less likely to break with a heavy load or more sharpish edges. Not break proof obviously but inspires confidence when cleaning the cat litter.
