Great Supp!
I take these to along with my B2 and Magnesium for my migraine cocktail of supps. This was the only thing that worked for me. Without this supp I don’t know what I’d do.

Worth a shot if you suffer from migraines!
I started taking this along with B2 and Magnesium Citrate for my chronic migraines & am beside myself. I have been averaging 15-21 headache days a month for years now and, after trying just about everything, I have found that adding these supplements to my daily routine has drastically reduced this number. Would highly recommend to anyone who suffers from migraines (or any type of headaches)!

CoQ10 in 150mg is hard to find
Trying to find 150mg CoQ10 is very difficult. Amazon had the NOW brand CoQ10 in 150mg so I bought it since I had bought the NOW brand in the past for other supplements and not had any issues. I have taken this supplement for two months now. I was not expecting miracles from this supplement for the condition I take it for, but I also have not had any ill effects from it either. Hopefully the condition you need to take this for will be aided or resolved by taking this.

Hard to find
My daughter's doctor wanted her on 150mg coQ10 because her levels were low. 150mg is harder to find so I ordered these on Amazon. She seems to be able to swallow them just fine. I'm not sure on how they absorb or anything yet. If they want another blood test later I can update with those results.
