Sometimes with supplements you can't tell if they're working or not. It's hard to easily find third-party lab testing for products, especially for the more affordably priced supplements. It's not like they want customers knowing that they put hardly any of the active ingredient in their product, whereas the more expensive supplements definitely want you to know that they are.In any case, it seems like this product is putting in the active ingredients. I know this because my body reacted to nicotinic acid in it. I felt warm, slightly itchy and a bit flushed. It lasted only about an hour.They recommend taking 1 pill up to 3x daily. That means this bottle is about a 10 day supply. At $80 USD that's about $8 a day.
