Easy to program. Great for an elderly person who needs only to call a few numbers. Sound is good, does NOT require an external power supply. Works as advertised.

The receiver part don't work.you have to use speaker this company doesn't care

I bought this phone for an elderly lady because of the large buttons & single button dial feature, the memory buttons ( the ones you can program a number in for single button dialling) do not work properly & have to be reprogrammed almost every second day…. this is the main reason for us getting this phone so it’s pretty much useless & has to be replaced. Very disappointed

Good size buttons once programed for my elderly father. I put blue dot stickers on the larger buttons for him to visually look for when he is dialing to call us. Works well and we r happy with this purchase so far in the 1 month we have had it. Only draw back is you must check that the 3 buttons are working to call home as they tend to not work after a while and must be reprogrammed regularly. Had to do this often with these types of phones b4, not just this brand.
