There are so many of these kits out there that it’s hard to pick one over the other. It’s almost impossible to differentiate one from the other, so the main reason I picked this one is that it had four more doohickeys and two less thingamajigs. In all seriousness, I liked that the lid-compartment on this case has a zipper so that when you open it, whatever is stored on the lid isn’t going to automatically fall out when you flip it back.I really wanted three things: A clamp-mount for my bike, a clip-mount that I could snap onto my backpack’s shoulder strap, and a floating-handle for the camera. This kit came with those and a ton of other mounts and links.I received ALMOST everything pictured and listed. The only thing missing from my kit was the spring-loaded clip that would attach to the selfie-stick/monopod so that you can clip your phone into it. It’s pictured in the 3rd photo of the listing and although it would have been nice to have, I’m not going to worry about it.The kit only comes with a total of 5 surface mounts, yet they include extra mounting-tape-pads (7 for the 3 curved mounts, and 6 for the 2 flat mounts). The mounting pads are sticky enough that I don’t foresee a problem even though they are not 3M tape, although the round pad for the safety buckle is labeled as 3M, so go figure.You definitely get your money’s worth will all this stuff. Just keep in mind that it’s not high end gear you’re getting here. There is a lot of variety to give you a lot of options, but I wouldn’t be too disappointed if something breaks, or doesn’t last too long.

A nice assortment of accessories though buyer should do a quality check on all components as I discovered a crack when a bolt fell off one of the j-hook buckle during my travel.Quality of plastic, feel & finish of product will obviously not be as good as official brand but this kit is a smart way to discover the configuration that is most useful for the type of recording most often utilized. . . and then investing in a durable version that will be easier & smoother to use. For example, the plastic is hard & therefore the quick release buckle is much more difficult to insert & remove than the GoPro brand buckle. Fortunately, GoPro buckles can be used interchangeably.The bicycle mount is decent; I recommend using the included plastic wrench tool to really tighten the thumb screws or else risk the camera tilting mid recording. The cushion grip will likely wear out & flatten down quickly, especially if mount is interchanged between several different bicycles or cylinders of differing diameters. After which, the contact points will be hard, brittle plastic.The elastic shoulder straps on the chest mount is weak so the camera keeps tilting outward. I had to replace them with non-elastic belting straps from a fabric store to keep the camera secure & upright.I don't recommend using the selfie stick/extendable monopod because the camera will spiral downward due to its own weight. The same for the mini tripod as it will only stay upright when perfectly balanced; it tips over & spins otherwise.The suction mount is surprisingly strong but correct mounting procedure must be followed i.e. make sure suction cup & polished mounting surface is cleaned of dust & oil with alcohol or similar beforehand. I still recommend fastening a safety line as a backup in case the suction fail due to movement vibrations, temperature changes or degration of plastic over time.The wrist mount is cumbersome & bulky for smaller wrists (6 inches circumference)   & toggling to lock & unlock the swivel wheel is difficult because the snap button is sticky & there is little leverage.The included pre-cut double-sided tape are a clear gel-like single layer plastic, similar to the 3M brand, & not the foam that usually rips through the middle layer between the sticky surfaces. Once again, clean mounting surface (not the tape) of dust & oil beforehand for strong adhesion.Having a carrying case is a great convenience but beware that not all accessories will still fit into the case once assembled & organized for easy access. Everything fits fine as is from the warehouse, jumbled & tossed about.I haven't use the other mounting methods like the head or helmet mount, but since the head strap use the same elastic as the chest mount, stability might be an issue.And like other customers, I still can't figure out what the free gift is good for.

I spent over an hour deciding which accessory kit I should purchase for my new (to me) Hero 4 Session. My one requirement was that the kit have the float/bobber handle. I chose this one in the end because of the case to hold everything. And while it does fit everything, they are in there kind of messy. That aside, this kit had all the accessories I need as a casual GoPro user and more. Besides the the floating attachment, I've used the selfie stick with tripod mount, the helmet attachment, the suction cup, the clamp, and the head mount. All have worked great. The selfie stick is kinda (meh) as the weight of the camera causes it to spin around, especially when extended all the way. I can tell the plastic mounts on the items in this kit is a little cheaper quality than the actual GoPro accessories, but nothing has broken or caused issues. That's what you get when you pay less, so it was expected. I would highly recommend this kit to a new, casual GoPro user so you can start using your GoPro as many ways as you can! You can always upgrade to nicer quality attachments if you need to. But these were more than sufficient for me!

Overall everything was in good shape when arived. The quality of everything was a little better than expected for the price, which was impressive to say the least. Anyways, I have just about used everything in the kit so far and I do have to say that it is definitely worth it to buy this before you purchase any over priced item from GoPro. Although it might be better quality, it's still worth it to pay $30 for over 50 pieces, considering that one attachment from GoPro is $30 alone. The suction cup does its job, I might advise against putting it on the outside of your car. Used the sticky things for that. I do need to say something about the wrist band piece though, many people have reviewed this purchase and have complained about the wrist band attachment. Conveniently, almost everyone with a bad review about it has lost it while deep sea diving or snorkeling or something. So I'm just going to advise whoever has read this far, to NOT use the wrist band while in the ocean. Use the chest piece or something more sturdy for f***s sake.

Acquistato per un amico che onestamente siamo come fratelli tanto da farmi testare quasi tutti gli accessori tranne gli adesivi che ne ho un bel po ancora dal mio vecchio kit acquistato tempo fa.Allora la velocità e confezionamento del pacco con Amazon Prime non si mai sempre impeccabile. Aperto il pacco si ritrova subito il prodotto avvolto in una busta ermetica trasparente dove all'interno era avvolto da una fascetta di cartone che descriveva il contenuto.Sfilato la fascia trasmette molta sicurezza e si apprezza la grandezza del case bello al tatto. La mia fortuna e che ogni tanto ci scambiamo gli accessori. L'ultima uscita per la neve abbiamo usato gli adesivi antiappannamento ottimi davvero la mia meraviglia è stata per l'asta telescopica mantiene e non ruota a differenza della mia che gira a non finire, poi come il piccolo treppiedi lo vedo e lo sento molto stabile e si aggrappa a tutto senza problemi ed infine la ventosa da attaccare sulla carrozzeria dell'auto mantiene molto salda la presa senza vibrazioni alle immagini anche al freddo della neve.In conclusione ritengo di consigliarlo il kit a tutti quelli che come me amano le gite fuoriporta a piedi montagna moto macchina sott'acqua in compagnia di una actioncam ed immortalare ogni istante ogni momento.Se ci sono novità in futuro aggiornerò questa mia recensione

For less than the cost of one genuine Gopro accessory, this is an entire suite of clips, cases and wearable gear, all of it completely Gopro compatible.The quality of some items is a little iffy - though the selfie stick extends well over a metre, it’s not the sturdiest on the market. The little gorilla pod, surprisingly, is only a little quality-shy of the real thing! The floating holder is just a big, yellow, plastic handle, but I’m sure it will work fine for anyone who doesn’t want to shell out the cost of this kit just for an authentic Gopro handler.The best value in this kit by far, though, is the vast assortment of clips, connectors, screws and straps. The chest mount is comfortable, the head mount, arm mount & wrist mounts are all well constructed.The plethora of mounts and adhesives is fantastic, and when the connectors are added in, there’s not much you won’t be able to affix your camera to. All of the mounts are constructed of either very solid plastic, or aluminum. Most everything looks and feels very well constructed, especially for the price.Also, if you count the long screws that DeKaSi threw in with the bike handle attachment, the dashboard attachment, and the 3-way adjustable pivot arm, the kit actually contains 8 long screws - not 5. I call that a bonus at any time! Only 1 short screw, which is a bit of a drawback - 4 long screws with 2 short might be a better call (especially with the additional 3 long screws included) but I won’t complain at this price. Tip: Mark your short screw with nail polish or liquid paper to find it easily among the others!A well-sized soft-sided bag and attractive tough-shell case with foam inserts finish off the kit.Everything in the kit fits perfectly with the Hero7 Black.Highly recommended.

This is pretty much all you need in once place for a great price. The case is well built and very handy. The plastic mounts are mostly good quality but a few have sharp edges and small nubs from the molding process, easily removed. The tripod feels pretty cheap and I could see it breaking easily but still functions well around the house and was not the main item I wanted from the kit. I would say the mini tripod is the weakest link in the kit. The head mount and chest mount feel very well built and are very stretchy and lots of adjustments. The extension mount with the head mount will get some very interesting angles, perfect for bike helmets. The spring clamp mount feels very strong and this will be very useful for backpack straps. I was surprised the wrist mount had a locking feature and not just a click dial. The wrench is very handy, but it is also plastic. The selfie rod extends a lot more then expected. I have not had a chance to try the floaty or the adhesives yet but they seem very standard quality. The suction cup mount feels very strong and seems easier to attach and remove then the brand name one, its also much smaller profile which is nice as it does not obstruct view and is easier to adjust. I would not trust this on the exterior but interior is awesome. Some of the mounts have additional tie downs which are very nice to see, I would use tie straps or wire for extra security. I would recommend this kit as a great first start and for 35 bucks you really cant go wrong. You may not use everything but the items you do use will be well worth the money especially with the case. This is the best all around mount kit currently on amazon.
