i just purchased this and it smells "old". Not sure how else to describe it. Is it supposed to smell old?

I would return it. It doesn’t have a scented odor to begin with, but it shouldn’t smell old. I did not like the product. It leaves a waxy feeling on your skin.

Is this better than Vanicream for dry rosacea skin?

Yes! I don’t like Vanicream ingredients
