I purchased this with use in Linux in mind, but on my Ubuntu 20.04 system, it eventually stops working and causes problems with the USB subsystem, causing USB devices to fail to respond. While it works, it provides a very clear picture and good audio. The issue appears to be the Linux drivers - two different units of the same model webcam exhibit the same functionality.In Windows or MacOS, this will likely not be a problem, and will likely be fixed in a different Linux version. I can recommend this webcam for at least Windows and MacOS, and expect that Linux issues will be resolved in the future.

I am still learning how to use it. I did plug and play. But, when I plug it in nothing pops up. I even checked the port I was plugging it into. Every other thing worked when I plugged it in. It came with very little instruction on how to use it. But when I did use a program I have the picture quality was good, but the sound was not. I’m guessing that was user error. lol

Connected to the TV for video calling and failed to connect with low memory issue. Could be only used with laptops/desktops but it does have one already

Works fine, better image than my previous camera, however not crazy about the manual focus.

All Netvue cameras are high quality and totally dependable. I've been a happy Netvue customer for over 5 years!

Good clarity and sharpness. Easy to install, just plug and go. Overall a good camera.

the picture quality

I'm on Windows 10I tried this camera with the Windows Camera App first; advanced settings show video output of 720P.Tried this camera with OBS as well. Within OBS, I can force the resolution to be 1080P, however when I do this it becomes severely delayed. I attempted to change the FPS settings as well.It's clear that this camera's native resolution is 720P OR it is not truly Plug and Play if this has anything to do with the driver that was automatically installed. The driver that got installed by Windows 10, is named something like HDR camera or HDR webcam.
