Stay stuck!
My occasional neck and back pains are always eased by these. They stick and stay stuck at work all day. Don't wiggle about too much and easily re-positioned and still sticky as needed. No strong smell as with the gel. A good heat that helps all day long. Pricey for me but worth it as they work. Great!

It does not heat up, it does not work.I bought this patch for my husband's back pain, it just didn't heat up. I would have returned it if I had not opened it up already.I felt scamed.I only put one star, because there was nothing lower
