POSITIVODespués de mucho investigar y ver videos opte por Duxtop y seguro habrán baterías mucho mejores como All-Clad, pero para ser mi primera incursión en acero inoxidable creo que es increíble y una super calidad, las sartenes y caserolas se sienten solidas, mangos rigidos (se calientan un poco pero se pueden agarrar sin quemarte), siguiendo las indicaciones, control de temperatura (efecto leidenfrost), alimentos a temperatura ambiente, funciona como una de teflon, para aquellos que dicen que se pega solo sigan las instrucciones (ver video). En mi caso hice un curado simple hay muchos videos y la limpieza ha sido muy facil.NEGATIVOrealmente por el precio considero que hay muy poco de que quejarse, pero lo que si puedo ver es que por el acabado espejo es fácil que se manche y raye. Las bases aun usando fuego bajo veo que agarran un tinte como quemado (lavando con BKF sale)CONCLUSIÓNPor el precio unos $175usd ($3,500mxn), tener las10pzas creo que es un regalo, no creo que el aspecto tan bonito que tienen de nuevas dure mucho, pero servirán por mucho mucho tiempo. Definitivamente si es tu primera incursión con acero inoxidable valdrá muchísimo la pena, yo feliz de no cocinar con sartenes toxicas

Those pots are really good materials and works well in my gas cooker also matches well in my kitchen I absolutely loved it

I am not happy with these. Just spent 20 minutes removing egg leftovers that were almost impossible to get out. Yesterday my bolognese also got burnt to a crisp in the bottom.

Amazing product. Vessels are heavy, very good finishing and very good base.

I have had the Duxtop Whole-Clad Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Induction Ready Premium Cookware 10-Pc Set for 2 or 3 weeks now and have no complaints.This is my first SS cookware set after primarily using non-stick cookware in the past. It did require adjusting my cooking style and so far it has been fine. I think with a bit more experience with this set it can be as easy as cooking with non-stick. One piece of advice I have found that has served me well so far is "hot pan/cold fat" i.e. to avoid sticking, ensure the pan is heated first before adding oil/butter/margarine. I have used this trick and made eggs and pancakes without sticking.Out of the box the cookware is very shiny as you would expect for new cookware. The other piece of advice that has served me well is to clean the cookware with Bar Keeper's Friend. Using this in conjunction with the blue non-scratch Scotch-Brite sponges has kept the cookware looking new. I was originally skeptical and the first time I washed one of the pans I used regular dishwashing liquid which left a clean and shiny surface but slightly splotchy. I then tried Bar Keeper's Friend and it was as good as new. Also I have only been using plastic and wooden cooking utensils.Like any other decent quality tool, as long as you know how to use it properly and maintain it, you shouldn't have any issues.Btw I did contact Secura directly as I could not find information about the type of stainless steel and warranty on Amazon's or Secura's webisites. I was told that both the inner and outer layers of SS are 18/10 and the set comes with a 1-year warranty.
