They do work great. Suppress appetite and did give me some energy. A friend was over and saw them and asked if I was taking these and she said they are banned in the U.K. so I did some research and yes she is right. But I will use them in oils or cream for hair growth on my scalp.

Not sure about the effectiveness yet but just wanted to advise that I’ve been taking them for a week and no side effects. I take twice a day and was afraid they would cause anxiety or heart palpitations but thank goodness not!

These are the best. I'm glad I could find them here on Amazon after a long time without them. You take them and the weight falls off.

After using other weight loss supplements with little to no success I wanted to give raspberry ketones a try and ordered this product. The first few days nothing happened. Then on about day four or five I began to notice I had some more energy and less of an appetite. Just started my second bottle. Have been taking this for a month now and have lost a total of 8 pounds without working out or dieting. That may not be impressive to some people, but for me it's a major accomplishment. Per my research ketones do actually aid in releasing fat burning hormones which in my case helps me in dieting. Trying to stay as all natural as possible. I like to diet strictly when summer arrives and like to get every ounce of fat burning potential possible. Nutrakey is a reputable company and I actually use several of their products.I started taking ketones with the green coffee, and green tea extract, which I am really liking. I feel good with out being jittery at all.Only negative is that I wish they would come out with more blended products!!!!
