I was looking for a particular shade of gray for a mosaic I was creating. Unfortunately this stone’s color was not what I needed for this project. However, I loved the colors of the pebbles and immediately thought of another project I CAN use it in. I had not ever seen a moonstone quite so dark a gray before but the labradorescence is stunning. Photos do NOT do the iridescence and varying colors of the stone justice. Stone is quite heavy but the amount I received fills a 2.5”x 4” plastic bag. Comes with a protective velveteen bag which will help the stones maintain their own spiritual resonance if you are buying for spiritual healing or magick. The stones are tumbled, not raw so give it time to settle in from being handled by others before using as a personal healing stone.

I really like the product, overall happy with size and everything. However, I do believe what I actually received is labradorite, not moonstone.

Just one of these had more and much better moonstone content than the massively larger "moonstone" palm stone I also reviewed.
