Better than your bed at home!
I camp... alot. Now that I'm retired I camp 3 or 4 months a year when the weather is tolerable. I have slept on an air mattress mostly, but they can be hard getting up and down. I also have a nice cot that I sometimes use, pretty comfy but very loud.I just took a chance on this after a few uncomfortable nights and I am so glad I did.It is just the exact size of a twin bed, so all my linens fit much better. By raising the bed, I could now store some items underneath, which is a big bonus in a tent. It was fast and easy to set up, every single thing is included, even a pump which uses 4 D batteries (not included). To set it up you just unfold the metal frame, inflate the mattress, insert it into the zippered pocket on the frame and you're done. Once the mattress is zipped in it is as stable as any bed in your house. One thing I hadn't appreciated was the effect of the air mattress with the cot. Since cots somewhat mold to your body adding an air mattress causes it to do the same. It sort of gently hugs around you like the seat of a sports car. Very nice for sleeping.I also like that if your air mattress goes flat, you are still super comfy in a big cot. The air mattress is easily replaced and you are back to golden.Negatives... this thing weighs as much as my tent ! It's heavy, bulky, awkward , and I don't even care. Worth it. Also, I wish it locked into place when folded out. If you move it around you have to be cautious with the legs. I saw a lot of complaints about how loud it was, but Coleman must have addressed this because mine was nearly silent.I can't imagine you would regret this purchase

Love it!
I’m going to give you the good and honest truth... are you ready? Ok.This bed gets the job done. If you need a place to sleep, other than on a cold hard floor or some damp underbrush... then this is for you. Things this bed will not do:1. Cure your lumbar stenosis and chronic back pain2. Grow your hairline back to youthful times3. Be a talking piece for visitors in your living roomLet’s have realistic expectations. This is a cot... it’s not a Serta or a Tempurpedic. There is no memory foam in it. It doesn’t have gels and spring coils that adjust to your weight and body heat. This is an air bed on a cot. It sets up rather quickly and efficiently, everything about it makes sense. It’s a space saver, it travels well, stores well, it even looks attractive. I love that the air bed fits neatly into a zippered sheet attached to the cot. I love being elevated off the ground a reasonable bit which makes getting in and out of the bed effortless, also lifts you up above from the goodnessknowswhats... I use this bed at work, because when I work the night shift I like to lay down and since my employer refuses to budge on giving me access to a sleep room I had to make it work. I actually like this bed better that the bed in the call room because at least I know where it has been and I can assure the sheets are clean and haven’t been washed in a chemical waste of toxic detergents. I sleep good at night.I’m 5’11 and 138 pounds. My feet’s hang off the edge but I’m still comfortable. I could be upright in a chair bobbing my head back and forth. It’s been three nights and I’m leaving work every morning with a smile from ear to ear, staff says I’m glowing, little do they know ;)The air pump, looks like a toy, but who am I to judge. It hasn’t failed me yet, when it does I’ll let y’all know. For now... I’m going to sleep.

Disappointing mattress, but decent cot!
I'm not a huge fan of air mattresses in general as they are not great for back support, but a week of camping at a medieval event, and I didn't want to just sleep on the floor, so I invested in this cot/mattress combo. They were pretty easy to setup and not super complicated. The fabric of the mattresses and the mattress cover on the cot was nice and sturdy, and the cot itself was stable. I had bought two of these since we were sleeping 2 to a cot in one 16ft. tent. The one that I and my partner slept on kept deflating constantly even after the first night (I know that air humidity, stretching, and whatnot can cause it to need inflating after the first use). However, the other mattress seemed to hold up just fine for our other 2 camping partners for the entirety of the week.My partner and I ended up just deflating our mattress and fortunately since we brought memory foam toppers, it wasn't too bad to sleep on just the cot itself, although the big metal beam in the middle of the cot is NOT conducive to active sleepers who roll around or for couples who want to be close or cuddle. I'll probably just end up getting a futon mattress to put on the cot in the future. It was very nice that they came with a battery operated air pump/vacuum (you will need four D-cell batteries!). It also folded up fairly easy and back into the wheeled storage cases that they come with. I do suggest vacuuming the air out of the mattresses while you deflate them and fold them up to fit around inside of the cot once it's in the storage bag. It's a bit of a tetris challenge but it's not impossible.
