For the price, the product is what you would expect. The directions were not very clear (I read them several times). Some of it I don't think translated to English very well. I figured it out after about 3 hours of working with it. The tension seems to tighten as you use it. You have to watch it carefully or the thread snaps and you have to go through threading it all over again.Other than that, it got the job I was doing done without having to pay an alterations.

This little machine is great! I just used it yesterday to make new shades. It's easy to setup and use, and compact which I love. Only downside would be that you can't do reverse (I don't think).
