Is the table top felt?

Yes it is felt. Table fits 6 perfect we think 7/8 might be pretty tight fit.

Is this table needs installation?

No. This table folds to flatten. Is on the smaller side when playing with 6 or more players!

What is the warranty on this? Who has to pay for shipping if it's defective? I'm noticing similar complaints they this table sags in the middle.

Please do not worry. If you encounter any product problems, you can contact us directly. We will actively resolve it, provide you with a satisfactory solution.
