CHARGE IT! 4520 12V (20/10/2) Amp Smart Charger Review: Works great! - Gotta say, I bought a dozen of these things to charge my electric vehicle. They work perfectly on my 12 AGM's. They do require individual button pushing but they have all been charging and servicing my batteries with no noticeable drop in performance for over 6 months for a fraction of the cost of a fancy charger or BMS. I put them through the paces. They automatically maintain the battery at 5amp or less (less than 2 when fully charged) then dump in a regulated 20amps to refill the batteries under an AGM designated algorithm...from what I can see.... They are fan cooled and remember the previous setting if they are unplugged for a while. Most importantly, I have charged and discharged about 40x on AGM batteries and I have not seen any noticeable drop in the battery performance....that means they are doing their job. The shape is odd but functional. The cables are of decent quality and properly rated for 20amps. The AC cord is also of good quality. I opened one up and found many of the parts are sealed in silicone and the parts are not cheap. They are fan cooled, which stays on all the time but draws little power. I have been impresses. Review: Très bon rapport qualité-prix! - Très bon chargeur et polyvalent, je recommande ce produit

Worth a try.
Love these things. This is the second one.

Random shutdowns on a known-good battery, and wild percentage readings.
This charger is incredibly confused. The charge percentage displayed fluctuates wildly and is useless. It turns off randomly with no error lights, even when gently charging a 65Ah battery at leisurely 2A. It would be better, really, to know charging current instead of some incorrect percentage. Now I’m not really sure I can even trust the voltage measurement.
