Great product, good company
Outside of Thorne, Nutrabio is one of my favorite supplement companies to get my sups from. Things like Leucine here, and Glutamine. Great bang for your buck considering how much they give you and the quality of the supplements keeps me coming back. Not written by chatgpt or a bot, I just love this stuff.

I feel a difference after taking for three months
I’m not saying that it bulks up muscle, but my biceps are noticeably harder. I think it’s strengthening the muscle fibers. When I flex my bicep it’s like squeezing a rock. I’m 55 yr male. I mix a scoop in my coffee every morning. No negative side effects. Recommend.

L-leucine powder
Did not "rate" flavor or thickness (irrelevant for this product). I had a much older version (same company) that I used up but I'm convinced that this version has identical nutritional value to the older one (but seems slightly more dense). I still weigh out the amount I need (typically 3g) using a very accurate scale.Note that leucine is difficult to dissolve in water, and by itself is bitter to taste. I add other ingredients as part of my homemade mix (which includes leucine) and perhaps because of the other ingredients, it mixes much easier in water.

Good product, decent price, wrong size serving scoop
I like the confidence-inspiring seals, convenient packaging, and the fact that a scoop is provided. However...One of the little plastic scoops provided is purported to be 1 serving = 3g of leucine. The problem is that 1 level scoop is simply not 3g. It's more like 2g. And if you're not being careful to fill the scoop to the brim, it's more like 1.7, or just over half a serving. In 5 trials of 3 different measurement methods on a gram scale (loose, compact, heaping) all averaged out to less than 3g (2.1, 2.7, 2.8, respectively). Based on the 'loose' measurements the scoop should be about 43% larger; a 7 or 8cc scoop is appropriate for a 3g dry-weight.
