Easy to take
I bought these for myself (an adult, supposedly) because I was noticing some ongoing nerve issues. I was taking something else (GABA) that has limited scientific support as being able to cross the blood-brain barrier, but ... it was still helping. The ingredients of the GABA supplement included a B vitamin, so I consulted the Office of Dietary Supplements and discovered that not only could B vitamins potentially help, but there was also a good chance I was deficient as they're mostly found in meats. Being a vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of meat. ;) I went with this "kid's" version as the adult versions all had extremely high levels of the included vitamins, while this was much closer to the recommended daily allowance (RDA). I take one twice a day and have much less frequent nerve issues when I am consistent about taking it. Oh, and they're tasty, too.

Excellent vitamins for kids
These vitamins are great for kids. They have a good taste and my child likes taking them every day. I like that they include vitamin B complex and vitamin C to support energy and the immune system. The gummies are easy to chew and the quality seems very good. I would definitely recommend them to other parents.

Yummy Gummies
I have a 5 and 2 soon to be 3 year old, it's recommended for kids 4 and up so I cut the gummy in half for my youngest. Kids love the flavor and always look forward to taking their vitamins in the morning. It has also helped with their behavior as they are both boys and have a ton of energy throughout the day! Highly recommend.
