Bought these instead of label printer...reccommend!
I was looking into purchasing a label printer when I found these. I use these in my HP LaserJet printer with no issues at all. They have saved me tons of time cutting and taping labels. PirateShip has the option to create 4x6 labels, so that is easy. For Mercari, I have been screenshotting the labels, and then cropping the screenshot before printing it as 4x6. Made my life so much easier. The adhesion of these is good, but not overkill. If it accidently sticks to the package before I position it correctly, I don't have trouble repositioning it. Once it's all smoothed down, it stays in place. Save yourself some money on a label printer, and buy a package of these to try if you already have a laser printer. It says they work with inkjet as well, but I wouldn't reccommend it for shipping since the ink can bleed if it gets wet.

These work for my Etsy shipping labels
It took a little experimenting to get these to print properly from my standard inkjet printer but they are printing correctly now. When I purchase a shipping label via Etsy it produces the label in 4x6 format (you must change the Etsy setting to make this the default size). I then use the windows "Snipping Tool" to copy the image. From there I paste it into a MS Word document formatted to 4x6 and print. I downloaded the 4x6 Avery Template 5292 to obtain the MS Word document already formatted to 4x6. The adhesive seems realy good to me. I would recommend these to folks who don't want to spend the money on a dedicated label printer.

I like everything about these with one big exception—the adhesive
I really liked these at first but now I think they should use a stronger adhesive. They go on flat but they start to peel up after an hour or so. I think they should develop an improved version as soon as possible. Otherwise, I do like them. But I don't trust them. I've started to tape them so I don't have to worry but I shouldn't have to do that. For my Brother printer, I had to set the paper size to A6, fit to page. It would not print on these labels when set to 4 x 6. Why? Probably because they aren't really 4 x 6 but I don't know for sure. But with the above settings, it printed perfectly.TIP #1: Print on the reverse side of the labels as you practice. Then, when you get the settings right for your printer you can print on the money side!TIP #2: Print your packing slip on the other side before peeling off the label.TIP #3: Add tape so you don't have to worry about a lost package.

Great bang for the buck!
These are exactly what I've spent months looking for! They print beautifully in my Brother Laser MFC-8910DW from my Mac. I put them in the manual sheet feeder in the front of the printer, and set the Paper Type to "Postcard" and it will align it perfectly and resize to the exact right size. They stick very well, far better than the Office Depot labels I used before that were the Half-Letter-Size type. They have the beautiful rounded corners that we are used to seeing when receiving packages printed on thermal printers. And they're opaque enough that you can stick them over an existing label without the old barcode and address remaining prominent. They're not 100% opaque for this purpose, they don't block 100%, but they are sufficient enough.

Dymo buster!
I'm pretty tech savvy but this put me to task. But at the end of the day a few wasted labels, but I was able to do it. Once I figured out how to crop PDF files to 4"x6", it was a hop, skip and a jump to the finish line. I used A6 template as the paper size and custom scale to 80% and bingo. The printed finished look is professional and clean. Overall, a bit of a challenge but worth it!
