Chose SVS for the Build Quality and 8m Length – Great Decision
Before buying the SVS SoundPath Subwoofer Cable, I looked into other options like the Supra Sublink RCA, AudioQuest Black Lab, Blue Jeans Cable LC-1, and Monoprice Monolith. In the end, I chose SVS mainly because of its excellent build quality and the fact that an 8-meter length was readily available. The cable is sturdy, well-made, and has a premium braided jacket. The gold-plated connectors fit securely. I'm using it to connect a Denon X3800H to an SVS SB-3000 with no noise or signal issues. Very satisfied with the performance and value.

SVS should have included this with my $1,100 sub. But it's a quality cable - regardless.
Well-made cable. It's not copper clad aluminum (CCA) garbage like the EMK one I bought last week. (Item B0B2HWXN8T.) This cable actually made an audible difference in the subwoofer compared to that one, too. (I didn't expect that.) This was the right decision.I AM subtracting one star, however. It has nothing to do with the cable itself. I'm actually rather upset that I had to buy one in the first place. I bought the SVS PB-2000 subwoofer. I paid $1,100 for it. That is no small price tag and you'd think that for that kind of money that they would have included this cable with it. I don't think that to be an unreasonable expectation because I don't appreciate paying $35 for a cable that didn't take even $5 to manufacture. Especially when I'm already paying that much for the subwoofer as it is.I'd really appreciate if SVS gave this feedback serious consideration.

Cleanest signal transfer
I had been using Blue Jeans LC-1 interconnects (1 meter) between my Cambridge Audio CD-550 cd player and my NAD 326BEE integrated amp for about 7 years (going out to PSB B6 bookshelf speakers). Being an audio enthusiast (unfortunately on a much tighter budget than in the past - I lost to major flooding a Bryston 4B power amp, Forte pre-amp, Aragon 47k phono preamp, vpi jr turntable, Magnepan MG IIb speakers, Cardas speaker cables and Straightwire Virtuoso interconnects. I decided to do a cable swap from the BJ LC1 (which I found on the warm side with very extended bass but somewhat veiled highs and not the most revealing of inner details). I listen to a lot of classic rock, soft rock, folk, country & jazz. I have a few key albums (two of which I can't recommend highly enough are Mark Knopfler's "Tracker" & Emmylou Harris "All I Intended to Be") that I use when doing critical listening. I won't mention the two other cables I tried out before landing on the SVS cable. Both of the other two cables gave much better highs but were rather weak in the bass (maybe I was just very used to the bj lc-1 bass). Anyway, if you've read this far, thank you. I want to say that the SVS cable covers ALL areas of the tonal range equally well with gobs of detail and imaging/soundstage. The SVS cable is to my ears simply sending the signal through with no "voice" of its own allowing my components to reveal their exact nature. I know there is the "Great Cable Debate" that has been going on forever but in my case, I've listened to my musical library on my current system for over a decade and to my ears I can hear a difference between cables.I am now content to leave the system alone (unless I come into some large sum of money so I can do some speaker, amp and source upgrades). Bottom line, if you're on a budget, give the SVS cable a try!
