Can only say they are ok

I used this product because I have osteoporosis. I took it for several months, although I found the capsules difficult to swallow due to their size. During this time, I developed irritable bowel problems.,which persisted. I then suspected the capsules were the cause of my problems, so I stopped taking them and the results have have been good, These tablets contain algaecal, which I have taken for long periods before, but in a different format where food supplements were also prominent. I believe it was called Garden Source of nature and was in a white plastic container. It is on Amazon's web-site along side the Higher Nature tablets which have caused me problems. Hope this is helpful.

Easy to swallow, medium sized capsules (not those horrible chalky tablets that stick in your throat). My GP recommended I take a calcium supplement as I was borderline deficient, due to not eating dairy. I drink fortified plant milks but maybe the calcium doesn't absorb well- I don't know. I take 2 of these a day (total of 500mg) as I think my diet probably provides the rest of the RDA (700mg i think). I will continue to buy these.

I didn’t expect this would stop me aching every morning! This unexpected effect/benefit was apparent within days of taking one capsule at bedtime. Since I ran out the aches returned, and sleep is not so good again, so I am returning for more. (I am dairy-free, and nutritional hair analysis showed I need more calcium.) Trusted brand. Very pleased with this product.
